Depending on your training need and business type, I will observe interactions/meetings etc and provide detailed feedback. This approach provides very specific and tailored information about ways to develop the way you communicate to maximise the effectiveness of your interactions with others.
Alternatively by using the aide of video or audio recordings of interactions, review and personalised feedback can be offered. This service permits detailed, individual feedback to identify and address specific areas of difficulty and development.
On an ad-hoc basis, I am able to support projects where effective communication is an important element of the desired project outcome.
